Electronic Invoicing Provider Agreement
The provision of services through the e-timologiera platform, a product of BRATNET E.E., is governed by an official Electronic Invoicing Provider Agreement, which is signed with each customer prior to service activation.
The agreement has been drafted in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework of the Greek Tax Authority (AADE) and the licensing requirements for electronic invoicing providers.
Agreement Structure
The cooperation agreement includes:
• General and specific terms for the provision of services
• Technical specifications and obligations of both the provider and the customer
• Security and data protection terms
• Legal and regulatory obligations
Financial terms and any specific commercial arrangements are defined in a separate Financial Terms Annex, which is customized according to the profile and needs of each customer..

The agreement is signed prior to the commencement of use of the platform and constitutes the basis of the cooperation between BRATNET E.E. and the customer.
